How to check the eFMS Status of a proceeding..?
|
Answer : The status of a transaction can be of five types : 1) Open 2) In-progress 3) Acknowledged 4) Paid 5) Rejected. The status of a proceeding entirely depends on the responses sent by the banks after it is processed through eFMS moving the status from being "Open" to "In-progress", which means the proceeding has been sent to be bank and is awaiting their response.

How to check the Opening/Closing balances of a bank?
|
Answer : Follow the path: IKPPLAN->eFMS->eFMS at Glance
Here you are supposed to provide the source of fund to which you wish to see the account balances. However, we could only provide information of the previous day balances but not the upto-date information of the balances at the banks.

How to know if a DV is pending for approval and to be processed through eFMS?

Answer : Follow the path: IKPPLAN->eFMS->R7.Status of Pending DVs
Select the appropriate conditions to get the list of pending DV's to be processed.
